Context and issues
Recognized for its innovative and fun products, Nature&Découvertes was looking for a solution that would allow it to relieve queues and make the checkout process more fluid during the year-end shopping season. The company also wanted to offer its consultants a solution that would improve their expertise on the products offered in order to improve the customer experience.
Following a call for tenders in 2017, Octipas was selected to equip the brand’s consultants’ guides with sales shelves. After a POC carried out in the second week of November, all the stores of the brand are equipped the following week.
