Context and issues
After an initial launch of the Octipas solution in 2016 in a few stores and a test development of a solution of its own, the French ready-to-wear brand The Kooples renewed its confidence in Octipas in 2018 to take over all of its store digitalization projects.
The objective of the application, named Alfred, is to solve the stores’ stock depth problems and offer a unique experience to customers.
