In 2017, the ready-to-wear brand Serge Blanco decided to start digitalizing its stores in order to respond to their main challenge: “Never say no to a customer”. Deployed at the end of 2017 in the company’s stores, the solution quickly became essential for the teams to boost sales in the stores. Since then, the Octipas solution has been deployed in the affiliated stores and continues to fully satisfy in-store teams.
