The Digital In-Store solution allows your sales teams to offer an omnichannel shopping experience to their customers.
From the product pages, sellers can add products to the shopping cart to make a quick takeaway purchase if the product is available in the store. In the event of a product being out of stock in store, the seller will still be able to add it to the cart in order to proceed with an order. The Octipas solution also allows to create mixed shopping carts containing ordered products and products available in store.
The customer can choose to receive his order at home (home delivery) or to pick up his package in store (pick-up in store).
Payment can be made on mobile Eftpos terminals or directly at the cash registers in the store.
