Chapsvision acquires Octipas

Paris, September 15th, 2020 – After the acquisition in 2019 of Sparkow, the expert in online shopping experience, the publisher ChapsVision announces a second acquisition in the Retail sector, that of Octipas, the specialist in Order Management Systems and points of sale digitalization.  

ChapsVision thus confirms its desire to become a major player in Retail Tech by focusing on the digital transformation of the sector, which is accelerating in the midst of the health and economic crisis. With the relevance of its solutions, Octipas is the company to follow in order to respond to the retailers current problems.

The software publisher ChapsVision was created in May 2019 by Olivier Dellenbach, serial entrepreneur and founder of eFront. The ChapsVision group aims to become one of the European leaders, particularly in Retail Tech, by constituting a coherent whole, with high added value for its customers.
